Photography and Videography Notice

Miracle On Long Street (MOLS) reserves the right to use any photograph or video footage taken at events sponsored by MOLS, without the expressed written consent of individuals appearing in the images or recordings. These materials may be used in MOLS publications, marketing materials, or other media formats—including, but not limited to, brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television broadcasts, websites, and social media platforms.

To respect the privacy of individuals and minors, MOLS will not identify individuals by full name or disclose personal identifying information without prior written consent from the individual, parent, or legal guardian.

If you attend a MOLS event and do not wish to have your image captured or used, it is your responsibility to inform the photographer and/or event organizers, and to notify MOLS in writing at the address below. Please include a recent photo with your request for identification purposes. This information will be kept confidential and used solely to honor your privacy request:

By attending a MOLS event without submitting a written objection, you acknowledge and agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify MOLS from any claims related to the use of your image or likeness.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, alteration, or distribution of MOLS photographs, graphics, video recordings, or related materials by individuals or organizations not affiliated with MOLS is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from an authorized MOLS representative.
